While a work in progress this "bash" project is bigger than bash
in that it allows a Ubuntu update, compiler and more.

It is "safe" in a container.   If done correctly it is a demonstration
of this security model.  The initial drop had rather open views of
Windows stuff...  recent drops are tighter.

I need to know more about these containers.
Should a bad actor get his container installed interesting things might
happen.
