He's still working on Volume 4, which has expanded so much that it'll
be volumes 4A through at least 4C, then Volume 5, then he says he'll
probably stop because the compiler stuff in volumes 6 and 7 are
adequately covered elsewhere and by then he'll be nearly 90.

You can't send him e-mail, but you can get the "fascicles" of working
copies of sections of the book.
