[Cryptography] Anyone else seeing an uptick in infected IoT devices? New botnet?

This is a global phenomenon.  Since Mirai was released, there's been a burst of activity in the IoT botnet world - first with multiple teams fighting to build botnets using the same code then with adaptations to other devices.  Brian Krebs tends to keep up with this stuff.
