[Cryptography] FW: RFC 7253 on The OCB Authenticated-Encryption Algorithm

I scanned over the intro of the RFC but couldn't see a reason to prefer OCB
over CCM or GCM.

If I already have a system where CCM or GCM can be chosen is there any
reason why I should consider adding OCB ?
