[Cryptography] ghash.io hits 50% of the Bitcoin compute power

CEX is a horrible thing. I do not trust them. Consider how much higher
their fees are than anyone else, for starters, despite having much higher
volume (meaning they should be able to charge less; but when you're
reaching google status, I guess you just get comfortable charging whatever
you want.)
