It'd be good because I assume it's certificate free, not MITM just
eavesdrop protection. That means that many (unknown amount) will suddenly
not be listened to even though they connect to a service without
certificates.

That aside, really frikkin useless and probably about as complex as just
fixing certificate hell with some P2P trust graph.
