I'm pretty sure it is true on both levels. Bias means one outcome is more
likely than the other. If a "property" is not a factor into the "event"
that may or mayn't have a bias, the property does not matter.

For some "choices" there's irrelevant properties/things, so for identical
outcomes faces can be identical.
