FreeBSD is right because they are sticking to their
principle of the [now even free-er] two-clause BSD license.
They will get by, year after year, decade after decade, that
is their ethics. And their foundation is doing quite well.
Apple has no requirement to give anything, but they
are ethically wrong to have not given anything [lots].
BTW, JKH is back on the BSD side now.
Apple is at risk now, they did the ipod, the iphone,
the ipad/book, the laptop. Convergence of them all is
happening in China, nothing left to innovate except
maybe the house, and a game console.
