[Cryptography] Can we move this list to an online forum please?

FYI, for whatever reason, two people messaged me offlist (I think, unless they BCC'd the list) saying that they supported the idea. 

On-list support would be more helpful though.

One of them offered free hosting for the site:

I'll spawn a VM on a private box in our [redacted], install the OS, install
SMF and host it for free in perpetuity if you can get critical mass and
find people to admin it etc.

Over on [randombit] a couple folks said that they'd rather move to a decentralized system, but offered no such alternatives, and I don't know of any such alternatives that are easy for everyone to use and offer the same features that forums do.
