It's a Presidential Mandate, Feds use it. How come you are not using FDE?

It is even easier to use a good cryptographic transform in a way that is
utterly insecure then it is to come up with a secure-looking-but-broken
transform. How does this company apply AES-128 to the task of encrypting
disk sectors? There are lots of ways to do it, many of them wrong.
