It's an easy shot, but I'll take it: If some government secrecy is 
necessary, then the government should maintain some secrecy.  If Mr. 
Young found the information, there was no secrecy.

How about starting with the REAL secrets, like the names of cooperating 
al-Qaeda defectors?
