TSA shares a post office (box?) with NSA?

The CAPPS-2 Privacy Act notice says:

System manager(s) and address: 
     Director, CAPPS II, TSA, P.O. Box 597, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701-0597. 

Annapolis Junction PO boxes have a long history of being NSA addresses.
Is this one?  That would be very interesting.
