   pyCA - X.509 CA  Software for running a X.509/PKIX certificate authority (openssl)
   Certificate Management Library (CML) (library)
   oscar 3.2: Open Secure Certificate Architechture (dead)
   uPKI (commercial, toolkit+library)

   JCSI - Java Crypto and Security Implementation

   Jonah: Freeware PKIX reference implementation
