It's possible that people savvy enough to be targeted by the FBI for
keystroke logging might have the wherewithal to configure some sort of
controlled signed honeypot for Magic Lantern (great - another thing
with the "ML" abbreviation), in which case it could be conclusively
proven.

Ouch.
