<div dir="ltr"><div>According to the readme:<br><br>"The remainder of the code (sc4.html, sc4.js, and sc4.css) is copyright (c) 2015 by Spark Innovations Inc., all rights reserved, and is released here under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License."<br><br></div>FYI, you can't have "All Rights Reserved" and "released under the terms of the Creative Commons License".  Those two phrases are contradictory.  The rights that are reserved by the phrase "All Rights Reserved" are the exclusive rights under copyright law, including the right to make copies and derivative works (see <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_rights_reserved">https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_rights_reserved</a> , and for the full list of exclusive rights, see 17 USC 106 <a href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/17/106">https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/17/106</a> ), but the Creative Commons license allows others to make copies and derivative works subject to the terms of the license, so in fact, you have not "reserved all rights".  It would however be correct to say "Released under the terms of the Creative Commons XYZ License; all other rights reserved".<br></div>
