Unauthorized computer access.
Most cars have a dozen or more computers so one additional count to
toss against auto thieves. The IoT is all computers, watches and phones
have and are computers so very specific laws need to address the
downloading
of phone data in criminal cases.
If the state can authorize access to any computer then all computers
can be accessed
by the state or the agent of the state.
It would seem to prohibit kiosk device services by the FBI.
