I have it. This came up before ago on the cryptography mailing list.
See thread "[Cryptography] 2008 revision of Bitcoin whitepaper" 2015
January 24, probably in an archive somewhere. There I wrote

It's 183697 bytes and doesn't compress very much, so it won't fit in
one mixmaster mail message. I'm an untraceable pseudonym. How could
I get it to you without becoming traceable?

I wound up putting it up for download by robot mail. Specifically, it's
the 183697 byte version of bitcoin.pdf received here 2008 November 8,
sha256 427c63b364c6db914cf23072a09ffd53ee078397b7c6ab2d604e12865a982faa.

mailto:stealthsuite at nym.mixmin.net?subject=send%20bitcoin.pdf

It's an rfc1521 Message/Partial subtype message in 26 parts which are
spread over about a day for anonymity. There were around 8 downloads,
at least one of whom said he would put it up on his own site, see the
thread for details. If it's still there, that might be an easier way.
