In the U.S., that would have stupendous First Amendment problems, and
would be instantly subject to a TRO and would certainly lose on the
merits.  There is a very long history of legal protection of anonymous
speech in the US, going back to the Federalist.

Perhaps this is not the ideal place for speculation about US
constitutional law and we should get back to crypto.
